DECLARATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL ON THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL PERSONS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ON THE INFORMATION OF DATA SUBJECTS (“GDPR”)
If you are a visitor to our website or a customer of our e-shop, you are entrusting us with your personal data. We, as their controller, are responsible for their protection.

‘processor’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of a controller;
‘consent’ means any free, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she gives his or her agreement to the processing of his or her personal data, by means of a declaration or other manifest affirmation;
‘third party’ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity which is not the data subject, controller, processor or a person directly under the control of the controller or processor who is authorised to process personal data;

By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are aware of the terms and conditions of the privacy policy. You agree to these terms and conditions by ticking the consent box via the online form. By checking the consent box, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
If you have a request for additional information or for a change in the handling of your personal data, please send your request to the controller’s e-mail address or contact him by phone.
The controller is entitled to change these terms and conditions. He will post the new version of the Privacy Policy on his website.
